If your child arrives at school after 8:00am and is tardy, please accompany your child to the office.

If your student is absent for an appointment of any kind, please remember to bring a note to Miss Lorena in the office from the doctor or dentist. You can bring it in the next day or email it to her at ljmikkelson@capousd.org. This is something your students will have to do until they graduate from High School.

If your child is going to be absent, please call the 24-hour automated attendance line at (949) 360-9768 by 9:00am with a reason for your child’s absence. If you don’t get the call in before 9:00am, you will be called automatically from the computer system. If you call later than 9:00am, you can check your Parent Portal under the Attendance tab to make sure your message was received.
